After four hours of trying to find the right driver on the HP site, I was able to install validity sensor Driver version 4.4.232.0 dated dated 18/08/12, which recognizes the device. I uninstalled the driver (Device Manager said that the registry entries have been corrupted). After the 10 Windows, upgrade and update of my first Norton 360 to a compatible version of windows 10 I got an error in for the fingerprint reader device manager.
